Eco-Friendly Diving & Snorkelling Products

It's great to see more and more diving manufacturers working towards creating sustainable diving and snorkelling products.

This might mean using more environmentally friendly products in manufacture. For example, Scubapro's X-foam neoprene made from limestone chips to the 100% plant based Yulex neoprene Fourth Element Surface Suit.

Many manufacturers are also leading the way with reducing the plastic in their packaging, for example Apeks' VX1 mask is the first product made by the company that is shipped without any plastic packing material from start to finish. Fourth Element, a sector leader in this area, have also ditched almost all the plastic packaging across their products, shipping them in paper or biodegradable bags.
