We offer the option for customers to choose ‘Pickup in store’ as a shipment method, allowing your order to be picked up from our Chiswick store at a time and date that works for you (within our business hours). The process is really easy, but we'll run through it here:
Step 1 - Add products to your cart:
Browse our vast selection of diving and snorkelling equipment, adding the kit you want to your cart.
Step 2 - Head to your cart:
Click on the cart icon to see a summary of the items you are about to purchase.
Step 3 – Review Your Order and Proceed to Checkout:
Once you're satisfied with the items in your cart, you can add a note to your order under the "Order Summary" section if desired. When you're ready to proceed, simply click "Checkout" to complete your order.
Step 4 - Customer Information:
If you have a Mike's Dive Store account, simply log in to autofill your details. If not, enter your email address, select ‘Pickup in Store,’ and then click ‘Continue to Payment’ to proceed.
Step 5 – Payment & Billing Details:
Select your preferred payment method and enter your payment information. Below, provide your billing details. If you're logged into your account, please double-check that your billing and contact information are up to date.
Step 6 – Review Order:
After entering your payment details, click ‘Review Order’ to proceed with placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your unique order number. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 4 hours or sooner during our opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM). Please note that our hours may vary during the Christmas and New Year periods.

If you change your mind, it doesn’t fit, or you become inflicted with buyer’s regret - that's OK!
Mike's Dive Store offer an extended returns policy of 60 days - so you can be rest assured if the suit, piece of diving equipment or gift doesn't suit then just send it back, and we will either exchange it or offer a full refund less any postage costs. Too easy!
Please note that there are some special order items on our website that will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, but we will let you know about these items before we 'special order' them so that you are aware of this. If this is the case we can always help with correct sizing so that we minimise the risk of return. More Details

The Ocean Reef Aria range is available in a number of sizes to suit different ages and face shapes. The wide silicone seals means that each size can fit a wide range of users.
Refer to the size guide for visual measuring instructions but the measurements refer to the distance from the chin to the top of the nose in cm.
- Up to 10cm - XS (kids) - Only available in the Aria JR mask
- 10 to 11.5cm - S/M - Available in Aria QR+ and Aria masks
- 11.5 to 12.5cm - M/L - Only available in Aria QR+ mask
- 12.5 to 14cm - L/XL - Available in QR+ and Aria masks.

The Ocean Reef Aria QR+ is a full face snorkelling mask that allows you to breathe naturally through your nose and the large single piece lens offers a huge field of vision with a built-in anti-fog air circulation system. This mask is perfect for any snorkeller looking for the ultimate full face snorkelling mask.
The Aria QR+ builds on the innovative and market leading mask with a new look, refinements, a new strap design with a quick release system to ensure greater comfort, safety and ease when putting on and taking off the mask. The quick release is not only easy to grasp, but also swivels to provide a good hold from the comfortable elastic straps.
The QR+ offers an amazing 180° panoramic view, allowing in plenty of light which significantly helps those that feel claustrophobic with a normal snorkelling mask. The silicone seal has been changed to a black silicone instead of clear which may sound like it is going to make the mask feel dark whilst wearing but actually massively reduces surface glare and reflection on the lens for a more enjoyable experience.
The QR+ comes with a clip on Camera Support accessory that allows action cameras with a compatible mount (such as GoPro) to be fitted directly to the mask. The mask also comes with a reusable carry bag with mesh bottom for drainage to allow drying after use.
Prescription lenses can be added to this product. Configure your Ocean Reef Aria QR+ mask using our Mask Builder which makes it easy to choose the correct prescription lenses.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that prescription lenses are non-returnable once fitted to a mask so please make sure you are selecting the correct prescription when ordering or speak to our Customer Support team who will be happy to help you.
It is also compatible with other accessories such as the Snorkie Talkie, Optical Lens Kits and Marker Wings.
